1. Government schemes and subsidy

PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana is run by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India. The additional state subsidy is given by UPNEDA, Government of Uttar Pradesh. We assist with registration, paperwork and follow-up.

• Subsidy is paid by the government directly into your Aadhaar-linked bank account through DBT. It never passes through us and is not a discount from us.
• Subsidy amounts shown on this website, such as ₹78,000/- Central plus ₹30,000/- UPNEDA on a 3 kW system in UP, are based on scheme guidelines as of the date above.
• Scheme rules, subsidy amounts and deadlines are set by the government and can change or end without notice. The amount you receive is decided by the rules in force when your application is processed.
• Eligibility depends on conditions such as the name on the electricity bill, sanctioned load, DCR panels on the MNRE ALMM list, and successful inspection.

2. Savings and electricity bills

• Any saving, generation or payback figure we share is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Actual generation depends on sunlight, weather, season, shade, dust, panel cleaning, your usage pattern and DISCOM tariffs.
• Your bill will not become zero. Fixed charges, electricity duty and meter rent continue every month.
• Bills and results shown from other customers are individual results. Your results may be different.

3. Timelines outside our control

Net meter installation, inspection and approvals are done by DVVNL, and subsidy credit is done by the government. We follow up until the work is complete, but we cannot promise dates that depend on these authorities.

4. Power cuts

An on-grid solar system switches off automatically during a power cut. This is a mandatory safety rule, not a fault. A battery or inverter is needed for backup during cuts.

5. EMI and finance

EMI is provided by third-party finance partners. Approval, interest rate, tenure and charges are decided by the lender based on your documents. We do not guarantee loan approval.

6. Warranties

Panel, inverter and component warranties are given by their manufacturers, on their terms. Our workmanship warranty and service commitments are only those written in your quotation or agreement.

7. Free survey

The free site survey and subsidy eligibility check carry no charge and no obligation to buy. Survey slots are limited and depend on team availability.

8. Guides and general information

The guides, FAQs and articles on this website are general information to help you make a decision. They are not legal, financial or engineering advice for your specific situation. Your written survey report and quotation are the only documents that apply to your home.

9. Accuracy and external links
